Sketches were developed into 3D models and rendered, resulting in a timeless piece with style and purpose.

One of the main challenges in creating Gaia was balancing the visual weight of the object on the female face. Proportions were carefully explored, and a smart-gold band was designed to hold the piece in place atop the hair-bun, dynamically conforming to any size.
